About PeakForce

Our Mission

This female-led program is dedicated to creating more opportunities for young female hockey players to develop their skills alongside experienced, high-level female coaches. Our focus is on supporting athletes who are motivated to take their game to the next level.

Intentional Growth

Through intentional skill development, habit-building, and translating training into game-speed and situations, we aim to grow and strengthen the women’s game.

Empowered Environment

By offering an all-female training environment, we aim to create a space where athletes feel supported while being challenged—encouraging them to become more comfortable with being uncomfortable, build confidence, and develop within an empowering community of female players and mentors.

Working closely with young female hockey players has given us a deep understanding of the skills they develop naturally—and the areas where they need more intentional support. Our goal is to create a program that strengthens these foundational skills, empowering players to compete confidently and effectively at higher levels of hockey.
